According to him, Moscow government’s IT department is ready to start the preps for such a process.
The public WiFi networks’ users identification problem is dating back to the two recent Federal Laws: number 758 (dated July 31, 2014) is aimed at the anonymous public WiFi access restriction. Another federal law, accepted on August 19, clarifies practical means for user identification.
“Citizens – users of the public access WiFi networks – will have a right to choose the most convenient identification method”, - commented Mr. Yermolayev.
