The Develop:Brighton Conference is the must-attend event in the European games development calendar. Learn from your peers and share your experiences, hear from renowned gurus and the sharpest indie newcomers, and get up-to-date with the tools and techniques that will give your studio an edge.

As always our programme has been guided by some of the industry's leading figures, and our content aims to appeal to every level of the game development community, from one-man studios to giant developers, business managers to graphic artists.

With the focus firmly on practical takeaway insights that you can employ once back at your desk, our three-day event unfolds across these tracks - Design, Art, Coding, Business, Marketing, Audio and new for this year - VR. Then there's also the legendary Evolve conference devoted to new breakthrough technologies, the well-established Indie Dev Day, plus for the first time first ever - Games Funding Forum and Games Funding Workshop.

Tuesday 12 July kicks off the conference with our agenda-setting Evolveconference – zeroing in on the cutting-edge of game development.
This year we're also running the Games Funding Forum offering delegates a better understanding of how to access funding, the pros and cons of the different types of funding and the latest opportunities out there. Plus, brand new and aimed specifically at micro studios and start-ups is the Games Funding Workshop - a day of practical advice and guidance on how to  prepare for raising finance.

Wednesday 13 July marks the opening of the main Develop:Brighton conference. We cover all the issues, tools, tricks and techniques that today's game developers are grappling with and provide practical solutions that you can take back to your studio. Tracks include Art, Business, Coding, Design, Marketing and VR. This year we've merged the Production track into Business to reflect changes in how developers are working today.

Thursday 14 July sees the Develop:Brighton conference continue with the addition of an Audio Track – sessions dedicated to game audio and music. Thursday also sees the return of our popular Indie Dev Day. Now into its sixth year, the Indie Day is targeted at smaller independent developers, with tailored sessions, indie networking opportunities, and an Indie Dev Showcase of some of the best new projects around.
