Huawei is a global innovator:

- Huawei invests in R&D about 10% of its revenue every year. In 2015 alone Huawei invested 15% of its revenue (USD 9.2 bln) – in research and development.

Huawei has a great experience in the area of Managed Services:
- Invest around USD 1 bln in service solutions and delivery platform annually
- Projects for top 23 out of 30 operators
- 160 networks in more than 90 countries with more than 500 accumulated managed service contract
- Network operation center (Ufa) with 75 people
- Technical assistant center (Novosibirsk) with more than 100 people.
Рress conference of Beeline (VEON) took place in Moscow on 7th March 2017 and was dedicated to transferring of full End2End network maintenances in Russia to Huawei and Nokia.
